Article 2

The definitive countervailing duties paid or entered into account pursuant to Article 1 of Regulation (EC) No 1480/2003 as from 31 December 2007 shall be repaid or remitted, pursuant to Article 236 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 of 12 October 1992 establishing the Community Customs Code ( 10 ) . Repayment or remission shall be requested from national customs authorities in accordance with applicable customs legislation.
