Council Regulation (EC) No 361/2008 Article 4

Article 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 July 2008. However: (a) points 3, 4, 5, 8, 12 and 13 of Article 1 shall apply from 1 September 2008; (b) points 9, 14 to 19, 33 and 44 (b) and (c) of Article 1 shall apply from 1 October 2008.
