Article 5

With effect from 1 July 2007 the daily subsistence allowance referred to in Article 10(1) of Annex VII to the Staff Regulations shall be: — EUR 36,63 for an official who is entitled to the household allowance, — EUR 29,53 for an official who is not entitled to the household allowance.
