Regulation (EC) No 1345/2005 is amended as follows: 1. In Article 1, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. The imports of products falling within CN codes 0709 90 39 , 0711 20 90 and 2306 90 19 for which an import licence shall be presented are laid down in Article 1(2)(a) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 376/2008 ( *23 ) . The period of validity of the import licence and the amount of the security to be lodged shall be as set out in Annex II, Part I, to that Regulation. ( *23 ) OJ L 114, 26.4.2008, p. 3 .’ " 2. Article 3 is deleted.
