Financial framework

Article 3

1.   The measures provided for under this Regulation may receive financial support from the EFF within the limits of the commitment appropriations defined for the period 2007-13. 2.   Public aid granted under this specific action may not be cumulated with another public aid having the same purpose, and in particular that granted by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the European Social Fund (ESF), the Cohesion Fund, other Community financial instruments and national funds.
