Technical provisions

Article 9

1. The measures designed to amend non-essential elements of this Regulation, inter alia , by supplementing it, relating to technical changes to the Annexes shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure with scrutiny referred to in Article 10(3). 2. The format in which statistics shall be submitted shall be adopted in accordance with the management procedure referred to in Article 10(2).
