Control arrangements
Article 70
1. The full description of the unit referred to in Article 63(1)(a) shall: (a) be drawn up even where the operator limits his activity to the collection of wild plants; (b) indicate the storage and production premises and land parcels and/or collection areas and, where applicable, premises where certain processing and/or packaging operations take place; and (c) specify the date of the last application on the parcels and/or collection areas concerned of products, the use of which is not compatible with the organic production rules. 2. In case of collection of wild plants, the practical measures referred to in Article 63(1)(b) shall include any guarantees given by third parties which the operator can provide to ensure that the provisions of Article 12(2) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 are complied with.
