Entry into force and application

Article 97

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply as from 1 January 2009. However, paragraph 2(a) of Article 27 and Article 58 shall apply as of 1 July 2010.
