Air operator certificate

Article 6

1. The granting and validity of an operating licence shall at any time be dependent upon the possession of a valid AOC specifying the activities covered by the operating licence. 2. Any modification in the AOC of a Community air carrier shall be reflected, where appropriate, in its operating licence.
