Quality reports

Article 2

1. The modalities and the structure of the quality reports provided for by Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 453/2008 shall be as set out in Annex 2. 2. The quality reports shall be transmitted to the Commission by 31 August each year at the latest and shall relate to the previous calendar year. The first quality report shall be transmitted by 31 August 2011 at the latest.
