Confidentiality

Article 5

1.   Without prejudice to Article 4(4), the Foundation shall not divulge to third parties confidential information it has received for which confidential treatment has been requested and is justified. 2.   The members of the Governing Board and the Director shall be subject to the obligation of professional secrecy referred to in Article 287 of the Treaty. 3.   The information gathered by the Foundation in accordance with its establishing act shall be subject to Regulation (EC) No 45/2001.
