Council Decision 2009/42/CFSP of 19 January 2009 on support… Article 5

Article 5

This Decision shall take effect on the day of its adoption. It shall expire 15 months after the date of conclusion of the financing agreement referred to in Article 3(3) or 6 months after the date of its adoption if no financing agreement has been concluded within that period.
