Cooperation

Article 35

1.   The Parties recognise the importance of cooperation on customs and trade facilitation for the implementation of this Agreement. 2.   The Parties agree to cooperate pursuant to the provisions of Article 4, including through the facilitation of assistance measures, particularly in the following fields: (a) the development of appropriate, simplified legislative and regulatory provisions; (b) awareness-raising and information aimed at operators, including training for the staff concerned; (c) strengthening the capacities of the customs authorities, and modernising and establishing links between them.
