Scope

Article 69

1. This Part shall apply to any dispute concerning the interpretation and application of this Agreement except as otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement. 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, the procedure set out in Article 98 of the Cotonou Agreement shall be applicable in the event of a dispute concerning the financing pertaining to development cooperation between the SADC EPA States and the EC Party.
