Article 10

1. Each Member State shall designate a competent customs administration which shall have national responsibility for the Customs Information System. 2. The administration referred to in paragraph 1 shall be responsible for the correct operation of the Customs Information System within the Member State and shall take the measures necessary to ensure compliance with this Decision. 3. Member States shall inform one another of the administration referred to in paragraph 1.
