Council Decision of 1 December 2009 adopting the Council's… Article 1

Article 1

The Council's Rules of Procedure of 15 September 2006 shall be replaced by the provisions in the Annex. By derogation from Article 2(2) of Annex III to the Council's Rules of Procedure, the population figures which are inserted by this Decision in Article 1 of that Annex shall apply for the period from 1 December 2009 to 31 December 2010.
