Insolvency assistance

Article 10

1. This Article applies only in a Contracting State which has made a declaration pursuant to Article XXVII(1). 2. The courts of a Contracting State in which railway rolling stock is situated shall, in accordance with the law of the Contracting State, cooperate to the maximum extent possible with foreign courts and foreign insolvency administrators in carrying out the provisions of Article IX.
