Article 3

The budget allocations necessary for the management of the programme of Community action in the field of health (2008-2013) shall be delegated to the ‘Executive Agency for Health and Consumers’ under the conditions and within the limits of the amounts laid down in the Work Plan in Annex I. The operating subsidy entered in the budget line 17 01 04 30 shall be paid to the ‘Executive Agency for Health and Consumers’.
