Article 9b

The Commission shall establish an electronic reporting tool for the purposes of gathering information and data from the Member States under this Directive. Member States shall inform the Commission once a year of the number of flag State inspections performed in accordance with Article 4a, indicating, for each flag State inspection, the IMO number of the ship, the date and the place.
