Amendment to Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004

Article 3

In the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 (the Regulation on consumer protection cooperation), the following point shall be added: ‘17. Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 2002 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (Directive on privacy and electronic communications): Article 13 ( OJ L 201, 31.7.2002, p. 37 ).’.
