Council Regulation (EC) No 160/2009 Article 3

Article 3

The European Parliament shall, no later than 31 December 2011, present a report on the application of this Regulation in order to examine the possible need to adapt the rules applying to parliamentary assistants. On the basis of this report, the Commission may make any proposals it deems appropriate to this effect.
