Repeals and transitional continued applicability

Article 3

1.   Subject to paragraph 2, Regulation (EC) No 479/2008 shall be repealed. References to the repealed Regulation shall be construed as references to Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 and shall be read in accordance with the respective correlation table set out in Annex XXII to that Regulation. 2.   Article 128(3) of Regulation (EC) No 479/2008 shall continue to apply for the measures and under the conditions set out therein.
