Powers vested in the President of the Office

Article 23

1. Where the Administrative Council takes a decision on test guidelines, it shall include a power whereby the President of the Office may insert additional characteristics and their expressions in respect of a variety. 2. Where the President of the Office makes use of the power referred to in paragraph 1, Article 22(2) shall apply mutatis mutandis .
