Frequency of verification

Article 19

1. The environmental verifier shall design, in consultation with the organisation, a programme that ensures that all elements required for registration and renewal of registration referred to in Articles 4, 5 and 6 are verified. 2. The environmental verifier shall at intervals not exceeding 12 months validate any updated information in the environmental statement or updated environmental statement. Where relevant, the derogation provided for in Article 7 shall apply.
