Commission Regulation (EU) No 1233/2009 Article 2

Article 2

1. The measures provided for in Article 1 of this Regulation shall be deemed to be intervention measures intended to regulate agricultural markets within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 1290/2005. 2. Payments in relation to the support referred to in Article 1 shall be made by the Member States by 30 June 2010 at the latest.
