2010/52/: Commission Decision of 27 January 2010 on a Union… Article 1

Article 1

An Union financial contribution to France for the official programme for the control of organisms harmful to plants and plant products in the French overseas departments for 2010 as specified in Part A of the Annex, is approved. It shall be limited to a maximum of 60 % of the total eligible expenditure, as specified in Part B of the Annex, with a maximum of EUR 240 000 (VAT excluded).
