Implementation and consistency of the Union’s response

Article 7

1. The HR shall ensure the implementation of this Decision and its consistency with the Union’s external action as a whole, including the Union’s development programmes. 2. The EU Mission Commander shall assist the HR in the implementation of this Decision.
