European Union Special Representative

Article 1

The mandate of Mr Kálmán MIZSEI as the European Union Special Representative (EUSR) in the Republic of Moldova is hereby extended until 31 August 2010. The mandate of the EUSR may be terminated earlier, if the Council so decides, on a recommendation of the HR following the entry into force of the decision establishing the European External Action Service.
