Article 3
1. Spain shall take the necessary steps to recover the incompatible aid referred to in Article 1 from its beneficiaries, without prejudice to Article 2. 2. The aid to be recovered shall include interest applicable from the date on which the aid was made available to the beneficiaries until the date of its recovery. 3. The interest shall be calculated on a compound basis in accordance with Chapter V of Commission Regulation (EC) No 794/2004 ( 64 ) . 4. Recovery of the aid shall be implemented without delay in conformity with procedures laid down under national law, in so far as they allow the immediate and effective implementation of this Decision.
