Article 1

The position to be taken by the European Union within the Association Council set up by the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement establishing an Association between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, of the other part (‘the Agreement’), concerning the implementation of Article 70 of the Agreement, shall be based on the draft decision of the Association Council attached to this Decision.
