Article 1

The position to be taken by the European Union within the Stabilisation and Association Council set up by the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Croatia, of the other part, concerning the implementation of Article 47 of the Agreement shall be based on the draft decision of the Stabilisation and Association Council attached to this Decision.
