Participation of other countries
Article 12
The Participating States and the Commission may agree to the participation of any other country subject to the criteria set out in Article 3(1) and Article 3(3)(e) and (f), provided that such participation is provided for by the relevant international agreement. The Participating States and the Commission shall define the conditions under which legal entities established or resident in such country shall be eligible for BONUS funding.
