Article 5
1. Each Member State shall ensure that a media service provider under its jurisdiction shall make easily, directly and permanently accessible to the recipients of a service at least the following information: (a) its name; (b) the geographical address at which it is established; (c) the details, including its email address or website, which allow it to be contacted rapidly in a direct and effective manner; (d) the Member State having jurisdiction over it and the competent regulatory authorities or bodies or supervisory bodies. 2. Member States may adopt legislative measures providing that, in addition to the information listed in paragraph 1, media service providers under their jurisdiction make accessible information concerning their ownership structure, including the beneficial owners. Such measures shall respect the fundamental rights concerned, such as the private and family life of beneficial owners. Such measures shall be necessary and proportionate and shall aim to pursue an objective of general interest.
