Means of notification
Article 9
1. The requested authority shall ensure that notification in the requested Member State is effected in accordance with the national laws, regulations and administrative practices in force in the requested Member State. 2. Paragraph 1 shall be without prejudice to any other form of notification made by a competent authority of the applicant Member State in accordance with the rules in force in that Member State. A competent authority established in the applicant Member State may notify any document directly by registered mail or electronically to a person within the territory of another Member State.
