Key investor information

Article 5

1. Member States shall ensure that an up-to-date version of the key investor information of the receiving UCITS shall be provided to existing unit-holders of the merging UCITS. 2. The key investor information of the receiving UCITS shall be provided to existing unit-holders of the receiving UCITS where it has been amended for the purpose of the proposed merger.
