Commission Regulation (EU) No 72/2010 Article 16

Entry into force

Article 16

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply as from the date specified in the implementing rules adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 4(3) of Regulation (EC) No 300/2008, but not later than 29 April 2010.
