Commission Regulation (EU) No 115/2010 Article 5

Article 5

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Products which were placed on the market by 10 August 2010 and which do not comply with Article 4, may continue to be marketed until 10 August 2011.
