Transmission of data on fishing activities

Article 9

1. The information to be transmitted to the Commission in accordance with Article 23(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1006/2008 by the master of a third-country fishing vessel shall be as set out in Annex III. 2. Paragraph 1 shall not apply to vessels flying the flag of Norway which carry out fishing activities in ICES zone IIIa.
