Council Regulation (EU) No 712/2010 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Points 1 to 5 and 8 of Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2010. Article 1(6) and Article 2 shall apply from 1 February 2010.
