Out-of-quota sugar and isoglucose

Article 9

By way of derogation from Article 7d(1) of Regulation (EC) No 951/2006, export licences for out-of-quota sugar and isoglucose for which applications are lodged during the periods referred to in Annex VI to this Regulation shall be issued on the corresponding dates set out therein. The derogation provided for in the first paragraph shall apply only where none of the particular measures provided for in Article 9(1) and (2) of Regulation (EC) No 951/2006 has been taken before the said dates of issue.
