2011/3/EU: Commission Decision of 24 February 2010… Article 1

Article 1

The public transport service contracts concluded between the Danish Ministry of Transport and Danske Statsbaner constitute State aid within the meaning of Article 107(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. The State aid is compatible with the internal market pursuant to Article 93 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union in so far as the conditions of Articles 2 and 3 of this Decision are complied with.
