Article 3

Within two months of the date on which this Decision is notified, France shall inform the Commission of the measures taken to comply with it. It shall send the Commission regular reports concerning the reimbursement procedure referred to in Article 2, every six months starting from the date on which this Decision is notified until the end of a three-year period starting from the date of the last adequate publicity measures referred to in Article 2.
