(PCA Turkmenistan: Article 16)

Article 11

1. Trade in products covered by the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community shall be governed by the provisions of this Title, with the exception of Article 5. 2. A contact group on coal and steel matters shall be set up, comprising representatives of the Community on the one hand, and representatives of the Turkmenistan on the other. The contact group shall exchange, on a regular basis, information on all coal and steel matters of interest to the Parties.
