Article 1

The signing of the Voluntary Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Cameroon on forest law enforcement, governance and trade in timber and derived products to the European Union (FLEGT) is hereby authorised on behalf of the Union, subject to the conclusion of the said Agreement. The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision ( 4 ) .
