Date of introduction of the FLEGT licensing scheme

Article 13

1. The Parties shall agree on a date from which the FLEGT licensing scheme shall be operational. 2. The launch of the issue of FLEGT licences shall be preceded by a joint technical assessment, the objectives and criteria of which are set out in Annex VIII.
