FLEGT licences

Article 6

1. FLEGT licences shall be issued by the licensing authority as a means of attesting that timber and derived products have been legally produced. 2. FLEGT licences shall be laid out on a French form. 3. The Parties may, by agreement, establish an electronic system for the issuing, transmission and receipt of FLEGT licences. 4. The procedure for issuing FLEGT licences and the technical specifications are set out in Annex V.
