Article 1

The signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation NAT-I-9406 between the United States of America and the European Union and its Annex 1 is hereby approved on behalf of the Union, subject to the conclusion of the Memorandum. The texts of the Memorandum and Annex 1 are attached to this Decision.
