Financial contribution from the Union to Germany

Article 1

1.   A financial contribution from the Union shall be granted to Germany towards the costs incurred by this Member State in taking measures pursuant to Article 4(2) and (3) of Decision 2009/470/EC, to combat avian influenza in Germany in November 2010. 2.   The amount of the financial contribution mentioned in paragraph 1 shall be fixed in a subsequent decision to be adopted in accordance with the procedure established in Article 40(2) of Decision 2009/470/EC.
