Article 2
At the Seventh Review Conference, the Union shall work, in particular, to ensure that the States Parties to the BTWC (hereinafter the ‘States Parties’) address the following priorities:
(a)
building confidence in compliance with the BTWC;
(b)
supporting its national implementation; and
(c)
promoting its universality.
