Methods for the demonstration and subtraction of exceedances attributable to natural sources or to winter-sanding or -salting
Article 8
1. In accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 5 of this Decision, Member States shall make available the information set out in Part D of Annex II on the methods used for the demonstration and subtraction of exceedances attributable to natural sources or to winter-sanding or -salting applied within individual zones and agglomerations according to Articles 20 and 21 of Directive 2008/50/EC. 2. Member States shall make the information referred to in paragraph 1 available to the Commission for a full calendar year no later than 9 months after the end of each calendar year.
